Simple service policies.

Please read before ordering. These policies are written in plain language so there are no surprises.

What happens after payment

After payment, you’ll receive instructions to access the client portal and send your resume, notes, work history, job goals, or job posting. Work starts after the needed information is received.

Turnaround times

  • Resume Checkup: usually 1–2 business days after your resume is received.
  • Resume Cleanup, Full Resume Rewrite, and Priority Package: usually 3–5 business days after your information is received.
  • Turnaround can take longer if information is missing, unclear, or revisions are requested.

Refund policy

Because this is a digital service, refunds are not guaranteed once work has started. If you pay by mistake or choose the wrong package, contact us as soon as possible before work begins.

If an order cannot be completed because required information was never provided, Resume Ready may offer a partial refund, credit, or package adjustment depending on the situation.

Revisions

Revisions are included only when listed in the package. A revision means a reasonable edit to the resume or materials already created. A revision does not mean changing the entire job target, creating a brand-new resume from scratch, or adding a new service that was not purchased.

No job guarantee

Resume Ready does not guarantee interviews, job offers, hiring decisions, salary increases, or employer responses. The service helps improve the way your resume is written, organized, and presented.

Privacy and document safety

Please do not upload Social Security numbers, banking information, ID numbers, passwords, private medical documents, legal documents, or anything you do not want reviewed for resume purposes.

Information you send is used to complete your resume service. We do not sell your personal information.

Communication

Most communication happens through the client portal or the contact method provided after payment. Priority messaging is only included with the Priority Job Application Package and applies while that order is active.
